This is a 3 day intensive and interactive Agile Coaching workshop to take your agile coaching experience to the next level. You will learn new skills and techniques with hands on activities, case studies, simulations, discussions and a thoughtful curation of relevant theories and practices. The objective is to focus on building your Agile Coaching Skills through hands on practice of actual coaching conversations and learn critical skills to hone your agile mindset, create high performing teams, naivgate conflicts and much more!
This workshop is taught by an Agile practitioner who is a Certified TBR trainer and will help enhance your Agile Coaching Skillsets and toolbox. At the end of the workshop you will receive the highly respected International Corsortium for Agile (ICAgile) Agile Coach Certification which is also known as the ICP-ACC.
After finishing the certification, you will be able to differentiate between mentoring, facilitating, consulting, teaching and coaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an Agile team.
The ICP-ACC is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. The certification focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team. This certification introduces participants to foundational team coaching skills and team development concepts for starting and growing teams while focusing on teams and organizations as human systems. A key part of this certification focuses on developing an understanding of the professional coaching skillset and the value of honing these skills to serve individuals on an agile team.
Typically, training providers will cover the required learning outcomes for this certification in approximately 21 hours of instructional activities over the course of three days.
The Learning Objectives (LOs) in the Agile Coaching Track focus on competencies required for self, individuals, team and program level impact. The Enterprise Coaching Track builds upon the LOs in this track and adds a focus for Program and Organizational level impact. The scope of leadership expands, self, team, multi-team, enterprise, one’s leadership, focus, capability and gravitas needs to also grow to be effective at those different levels.
